In 2024 all of our experience and previous business ventures came to a head in a small cocktail and coffee shop in the heart of Leamington Spa. In two years we have been able to grow this little business into a team of 8 staff, with over 150 5* google reviews. Maintaining a consistent high quality with all our drinks and service. Winning muddy stilettos "best bar in Warwickshire & West Midlands" within one year of opening.

and coffee to full-service operations.
Between us, we’ve worked across every aspect of hospitality, including menu development, recruitment and staff training, financial understanding, operations and day-to-day management. We’ve also been there ourselves, opening and running our own business, so we understand both the challenges and the rewards that come with being in this industry.
